NHS treasurer

<p>So I'm in NHS (national honor society). It's slightly overrated at my school, but we are kinda active. I'm currently the treasurer, and am an "active" member in the "executive meetings."</p>

<p>I have the 7th activity to fill (or not to fill) in the Common Application.</p>

<p>Question is: Do I even put it in?</p>

<p>Colleges I'm using common app for: Carnegie Mellon University, Cornell, Brown, Dartmouth, University of Rochester, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Boston University, and Northeastern University.</p>

<p>It won’t hurt you by any means, but I doubt it’ll help you much, especially if you have other, more significant extracurriculars under your belt. </p>

<p>If you have a leadership position, you should throw it on there. You do have extra space…</p>

<p>I would list any leadership positions</p>

<p>Since you have extra space, why not? It certainly won’t hurt - as it’s a leadership position, it could only help.
