NHS vs CSF and question

So I know that most of you don't have this dilemma, but for the other cali applicants out there...

On the Georgetown app, there's section in which you check boxes for all of your activities in high school. There's a box for the national honor society, but there isn't one for the california scholarship federation (CA's equivalent to NHS). Should I:
-check the NHS box anyway, since they're so similar, or
-write "california scholarship federation" at the bottom of the page, where you can specify other activities
???

If you have nothing else to put in the "other" section, put CSF. Otherwise, I don't think they'll ever know if you check NHS.

Akajjred is from California, he might have a better opinion.

that's kind of my dilemma... if i put CSF in the "other" section, that's one more activity that i can't list...

oh, and ps:
for the "other skills/talents" section, should i just LIST other talents (i.e. "playing piano, surfing like there's no tomorrow" etc) or should i write it out? (i.e. "I play the piano and surf like a madwoman.") - but phrased much better of course.

I put it in one of the others...like aren't 97, 98, and 99 write in ones? I'm in both so I checked NHS and then typed in CSF for the other.

I am from Cali and so I just put CSF in the other section and I didnt check NHS cuz at my school we dont have it.
