So I got caught cheating during my freshman year, but it was not recorded on my transcript. I was just given a detention.
Do you think that this will affect my chances of getting into nhs?

plz help… i was told that since it was not a major grade assignment, i was only getting a slap on the wrist. But the nhs application says that students must have no record of academic dishonesty… T.T
Your chances will not be affected if it is not officially recorded…but if you tell them then it will affect your chances…like say, posting it on the internet.
