<p>QUESTIONS!</p>
<p>Please help:</p>
<p>I am a transfer student and I am curious about several things. I paid my deposit, but no one seems to get back to me on what to do next.</p>
<p>-How do you set up an email address??</p>
<p>-What exactly is Learnlink?</p>
<p>-What is the housing process? I already filled out my app but it says I haven't been assigned yet/no roomate, etc.</p>
<p>-HOW ARE THE STUDIOS? I noticed gilbert/tompson was slightly far away from the central campus. How is the sense of community there? </p>
<p>WHY are studios cheaper? i don't understand....are they reallllllly crappy or something??</p>
<p>OH, </p>
<p>I missed the insurance waiver deadline. But it's because I'm a late admittant. How strict are they about waiving it? I don't freakin need insurance because i have my own........</p>

<li><p>Your email address is already set up. Once you get a learnlink password, you just go into there. Email isn't completely available until you register/are given full learnlink privledges (happens by the end of the summer)</p></li>
<li><p>I don't know the transfer housing process. Upperclass housing is already finished for continuing students. Studioes are slightly more expensive than a normal room. Turman and Woodruff aren't in the center of campus, and Gil/Thom happen to be a weird side of it. People complain that gil/thom are far from stuff, but it's right next to the pe center and a lot of the academic buildings. Nothing at Emory is really that far from everything else. I think Gil/Thom are some of the best Sophomore dorms outside of the greek houses. They're going to be torn down after this year, though. Turman and Clifton Towers are nice as well. I don't like Woodruff, but it's huge and a lot of people live there. </p></li>
<li><p>This is the first year that they have required insurance. You should call someone from Emory and ask.</p></li>
