What a crazy week in college football. so many upsets. FSU is starting to look like a football team. The offensive line has shown so much improvement since the first half of the clemson game.

Lee at QB looks like the right move. Why didn't he start the season at QB? he provides a whole new dimension to the offense.

Hopefully no letdowns next week.

I was really pleased by the play of the 'Noles with Lee. I see them becoming better each week.

Lee is starting this week. Can this be the turning point of the season?

If Lee leads the offense as he did in the second half, it may well be. The defense played well too.

The 'Noles look more like they did a few years ago.

I think Lee really benefitted from being in the background the last few years. The last few quarterbacks we've had have been very young which really breaks from tradition as most of our qb's have been 3rd year. Lee now has the system down and has had the opportunity to learn it - pressure free. That, and he probably has more natural talent than Drew. I'm so optimistic in a way I haven't been since Weinke.

Remember those shirts - My Weinke is bigger than your Johnson?

I sat through the Clemson game and remembered a shirt we had from the early 90s which said - "The question is not 'will we win, but will you SCORE'!"

Ah, the good old days...

This weekend will tell about Lee. Will he be consistent?

while NC STATE is only 1-4, they have had a fairly tough schedule (BC, Louisville, Clemson).

FSU should be able to beat them if they don't let down. Xavier should spark the parent weekend crowd and really get things roling in the right direction.

I know you should take things one game at a time, but FSU has the potential to be 7-1 headed up to boston college, if they play up to their potential!

I agree. If current trends continue, we could win all the rest of the games. The defense looks like FSU's dynasty defenses.

Having "X" as quarterback really opens up the field.

I see this as a trap game for FSU. Since Clemson, FSU, although they did not look very impressive, have managed to win. They might be feeling a little confident now, so FSU needs to be sure to win.

A hint would be if FSU blows out NCS or shuts them out. If it is a close game, FSU still has more work to do.

However, football is seldom so certain. Ask UF fans if they thought they'd beat Auburn at home.
