If we won a scholarship from the National Merit Recognition thing from a corporate sponsor in which one of our parents work at, does anyone know what happens if our parent stops working at this particular company? Would they stop the annual scholarship money awarded to you?

As far as I can tell from reading my son's paperwork, the scholarship is actually granted by the NMS and paid for by the corporation. It's a scholarship granted for four years; renewal each year is dependent on the student's status. My son has gotten renewal letters that require him to still be going to college and maintaining a C average or above. I do still work for the company but have never seen anything that indicated my employment was a continuing factor.
