<p>Does anyone out there know if FSU gives out a scholarship for National Merit Finalists? Out of State?</p>
<p>FSU has really reduced their NMS. They only award a dozen, and they chose those who they will offer in committee from those who list FSU as number 1, on the First Finalist roster. Instate students receive first consideration. This is the information I received from the admission office, you may want to call them yourself and express an interest.</p>
