All right. I have another Dilemma. It says on the NMSC packet that scores must be sent by the 31st of December. Does that mean they have to receive it by that date and I have to send it with rush shipping?
On my packet it says, “You will be withdrawn from further consideration in the competition if NMSC does not receive a report of your SAT scores by January 31, 2018. NMSC must receive your scores no later than December 31, 2017 for full award consideration.” (the second sentence is in bold)
I take that to mean that you should rush it there just to be safe.
