I have this problem with my Boston University transfer application. The university offers no financial aid for international students, so I have to send them a letter signed by a bank official that shows that I have 50,000$ in an account. The problem is I can't get these money right now, only in late july. Also, I talked with a guy who's in charge of a government scholarship and he told me that if I providean acceptance letter from a university that's on their list (BU is on the list) he'll be able to give me the funds immediately. But my BU application is not complete until I send the financial proof, so I can't get any acceptance letter until I demonstrate that I have the necessary funds.
Does anyone have advice for me?

You may want to explain your circumstances to your admissions counselor. Sometimes they have special forms which can be submitted to show you are a provisional student...with full admissions pending once you show financial readiness.

I already explained the situation, but the response was "Regarding the financial document, we must receive the original or certified copy as soon as possible. Your application will be reviewed, but the decision will not be released until we have received it. You may attach a letter indicating that you are applying for outside scholarships that will help you pay for college." What use would that document have, if I can't provide any bank official signature? And what use would a letter have when I already told them all the things that I could write in such a letter? I'm in a stupid situation.
