Hey. I still haven't been contacted for an interview. Does this mean I won't be getting one?

Not necessarily. Last year my S was contacted by alums from other schools within a few weeks of the decision date.

Oh, wow, really? For RD? For most other schools the alumni reports are due to admissions by 2/15. I guess Dartmouth is different.

I don't know what the date of his D interview was, but I recall that it was immediately after our local presidential caucus, which was somewhere right around Valentine's Day.

My D just received an e-mail today to contact a prospective student for an interview. Yes, the school is still assigning people to alumni.

If you live in an area where there are not a lot of alumni, there is a chance that you may not get an interview. If it doesn't happen, don't sweat it

I just got a call for an alumni interview about an hour ago and it's scheduled for Saturday so they aren't wasting any time.

i got called for an interview this past sunday and the interview ended up happening monday, the next day. There's still a few more weeks in which you could be contacted; I wouldn't worry too much yet.

Yeah, I haven't been contacted either.
I don't think it really matters for admissions decisions, does it?

I contacted my student this past weekend and interviewed him yesterday. We have some time until they are due.

Yeah, I was contacted by phone today (admittedly, the email my interviewer sent landed in my spam folder, which I never check, so, uh, he technically contacted me a week ago), and my interview will take place on Sunday.

Good luck to anybody who still has an interview to do. =)

I just had my interview today, it went great! Yeah, just keep your phone free and watch your inbox, you never know I guess. Good luck it you get one and don't worry about it if you don't.

I was just contacted for one on the 12th. No big if you haven't received a letter yet.
