<p>UW-Madison sends out e-mails that recognize that they have received your application so you can look at the application's status. I sent in my application yesterday and paid online, but I have yet to receive one of these e-mails. Do they only send these once you send in every item, or did something malfunction with my application? Help, please?</p>
<p>I didn’t get mine either, so I called Admissions and they sent one right away</p>
