<p>I'm from NJ too and my spreadsheet disappeared today but I still have no button. So yeah. Maybe I was deferred and my REAL decision isn't available yet lol</p>
<p>OK..I just phoned a fin aid counselor from Brown about a document they haven't yet received, and she clearly stated that (at least in my case) no decision has been made (although I have a button)...so, I just think the button appears as they go through files. (and if you're worthy enough, of course :P )</p>
