<p>It's going to be tough, it'll help if you are a racial-geographic-etc minority/legacy.</p>
<p>A B&W article dated Feb 27th states that at a recent faculty meeting, it was revealed that the number of applicants was more than 12,000, which is a 13.6 percent increase over last year's numbers. Early admission I candidates had average SAT scores 15 higher than last years.</p>
<p>haha i was born in russia. wonder how much that will help. also, i heard that an alumni of my highschool works for admissions. </p>
