no chance?

<p>Do i even have a chance at Suny albany? I thought with my grades, i could get into a place like suny oneonta but their letter of rejection i got yesterday has just put things in perspective for me. </p>

<p>Unweighted GPA : 83.25
Weighted GPA : 88.something
Critical Reading : 540
Math : 480 (i can explain why it's so low but i can't explain why i didn't try to take it again..)
Writing : 570
AP : 4 since 10th grade (euro, American histroy, psych and english ap)</p>

<p>I took the SAT in june last year and didn't take it again...now it's march and i have a feeling i wont even get into suny albany now (that was the college i was planning on going to). On a scale of 1-10 what are my chances?</p>

<p>Also since Oneonta rejected me, there's absolutley no chance for new paltz right? I applied wanting to major in computer engineering.</p>

<p>I got into saint rose, potsdam and cobleskill but none of them are any good right? On a scale of 1-10</p>

<p>Sorry about your disappointment…Most SUNYs put a lot of weight on the math-reading scores and disregard the writing. But a lot of SUNYs also accept and encourage transfers, and your GPA will be the most important factor then. Keep up the high school grades, go to one of the schools you were accepted at and if you still want to go to Oneonta or Albany, apply to transfer. Good luck with your college process.</p>
