bummmppp

bump

I didn’t want to post the threat again so i’m just bumping this, hoping to get responses

I imagine you have a good shot at all these places. Your stats look fine–I don’t know how anyone can really judge ECs. Dunno about the GPA bit, but you said that its good for your school. Being Indian I imagine isn’t helpful but it should be interesting that you are writing about it.

Good luck!

What matters is where you rank in your class in terms of grades, and colleges will figure it out. What your report card reflects is irrelevant.

Are you an international? Even if you are an Indian American citizen, the bar is high. You’re in a super competitive pool.

Good shot at the UCs, Michigan and NYU. The ivies will depend on where you rank, your application and a higher CR score would help a lot.

^^i agree. i cant figure out if you are an international. not a good shot at getting into the ivies…nothing WOW special

if you’re a california resident, then you’re definately already in the UC’s. you might get rejected by one or two because they’re being random, but otherwise, UCLA and Cal are pretty much locked. it looks like you have a business path set for you. the best way to get into a business school is to find one you love and apply early. that being said, UMich has EA (i’m sure you know that). do that, it’ll really help. however, NYU and UPenn only have ED. so either go for the reach, or cut your losses and apply NYU. personally, i think NYU (Stern) is a fantastic business school, which is why i’ll be applying early decision!

hope this helps!
