No College Transcript from former University to offer

Hello! I am an Undergraduate from Europe planning to apply to some US colleges as a transfer student. Before I started over new at my current university, I studied architecture at another institution. I have read in the Common Application that I must submit transcript from every college I attended, but unfortunately I never took any exams at my former university (I actually dropped out after four months because I knew architecture just wasn't the right choice; changing the courses and institutions fast is more common in Europe due to our different educational system), how can I express that matter to the universities I plan to apply to? Basically the problem is that there isn't any transcript from that university to submit.

Thanks in advance for your answers!

Could you get a statement from the university stating that you were enrolled and withdrew before the end of your first term? (American students in your situation would get a transcript that shows “Withdrawn” for every course attempted.)

The point of the transcript-always-required rule is to make sure that you’re not hiding anything.

Ya, sure that won’t be a problem. Thanks!
