No decision letters this year

I’m on the east coast, and it’s 6pm for me. I’m Canadian, though… maybe that affected it?

Also, I highly doubt that Brown will opt not to mail acceptance packages. They probably chose not to send rejection letters, because their application numbers rose by a few thousand, but they just can’t forgo sending acceptance packages. I mean, that would definitely hurt their yield…

5pm my time and I’m in New York :)

I’m so nervous!!!

6pm East Coast for me.
Checked out previous year’s thread and timings ranged from 5, 530,6,to 630. and stopped. There were a variety of accepted and rejected throughout the timings. Drove everyone nuts, I guess.

/</p>

I don’t think it will be different this year though… :)

So the email says:
your admission decision will be available online no sooner than 7:00PM (your local time).

Really?! But I live on the west coast… 7pm is way late! I guess I’ll go do something unless until then to avoid the madness of refreshing the page.

I wonder why the times are different. Some may say it’s because of the server, but I’m onto something.

Hmmm… XD

7 PM. T_T

I was hoping to hear from Brown first, but now it seems I’ll get decisions from HYP first. Oh well.

I haven’t got that email, am I out?

^ No, you’ll probably get that email soon.

I’m on the east coast and I got 5 pm so it seems like they’re spacing it out to prevent the site from crashing.

We’re on the West Coast, and our daughter’s e-mail says 7 p.m. local time. I’m with the site-crash theorists.

Well guys, I’m from Italy, although I’m spending some months in NY right now.

They say 5 PM (your local time) even for me.

That means I’m gonna know at 11 am eastern time ?

Argh! I got 7 pm (CST) :(

Yay, 5pm my local time in China :)

^Seriously? How is that possible that Intl students find it so earlier?

I’d imagine a ton of people changing their information to be located a few time zones away!

I got 7pm central time. I don’t think its fair that the east coast gets to find out 3 hours earlier. :(

I got 7pm on the west coast … boo.

^same here :(

7PM Pacific time here.
