I know a friend of mine who got into UW like a few weeks earlier than I did. And he has received a bunch of e-mails like reminding him about the housing application and inviting him to the "Husky Experience". Whereas I have not gotten crap...

Is it just me? I usually check my spam mail... and I have g-mail. Is anyone else getting neglected?

better make sure they have the right email. I'd call them directly.

Have you been checking your UW email account? They send all emails to your UW email account, but you can have it forwarded to your gmail or whatever.

To get to your UW email, log into MyUW, and click on "Check UW Email" on the left.

Well, that doesn't even show up on the left. But I do go to webpine.washington.edu. And it says I do not have access to it.

It's very strange, so I called the technology center and he said that as an applicant, I don't have access to it yet. But he did test the forwarding, and supposedly it did work and my gmail account thats being forwarded to is correct.

It just doens't make sense though. I'm assuming your applicant and you can check your uw email right?

I'm having the same problem as you, OP. I can't access my UW e-mail, but it seems to be forwarding important things just fine (IE: my enrollment confirmation, financial aid info).

I haven't gotten anything from UW unless I e-mailed them with a queston and used my gmail account e-mail as the return address.

I got my financial aid award letter via postal mail but received no notification through e-mail. I didn't get the invitation to Husky Experience. I didn't get any notification of the housing application. Yet, my friend got it all. I'm going to call them tomorrow Ithink.

Maybe they do everything for you by postal mail? I got my financial aid notification through my email, and then had to log onto MyUW to accept/reject it. They never sent me it in paper form.

Calling them is probably your best bet, though.
