I applied for admission to NYU (fall semester), and after I read on their blog that decisions were supposed to come out on Friday, the 25th, I noticed that I hadn't received anything from them. It's now Sunday, and I still haven't gotten anything from them. Is anyone else having this problem?

if we were condiered for those programs, we would have been notified like 2 or 3 weeks in advance, just like my friend.

@cyou93, i checked the portal, and it has no indication. i read their blog, and they said the only decision will be sent through email, not posted anywhere else. why’d would you say that / where’d you hear that from?

well, i logged onto my portal, and when i clicked application status up top there was like a little green button that said “Admissions Offer.” I assumed it would be up for everyone? idk…

Email or call the office of admissions. As I understood it, decisions came out a week early this year instead of April 1 like announced, so you may simply hear by the posted deadline.

okay now i’m thinking that maybe only the people who got in have that “admissions offer” button? cause if you didnt get in, there wouldn’t be an offer…right?

^Can someone who got Waitlisted/Rejected please help out and confirm if their portal shows the “admissions offer” button? I would think everyone should be able to see their decision(irrespective of whether it’s an accepance/waitlist/rejection).

By clicking the ‘admissions offer’ button you accept your admission offer and you also have to make acceptance deposit of $500 as part of that confirmation.
