<p>I sent in my application, but I NEVER received a confirmation email, however, I did receive an email about setting up an interview . I actually just got an email a few days ago saying my application is incomplete (no supplement?), but I mailed my supplement a LONG time ago. What should I do? I'm planning on faxing my supplement later today. Also - why do you guys think they never sent me a confirmation email?</p>
<p>Well if they never received your supplement, why would they send a confirmation email…</p>
<p>Obviously you should fax it to whatever number they gave you.
As I recall they told DS they would contact him when the application was complete OR if anything was missing. Well, now you know something was missing. Send it in. Follow up with a phone call or email in a week.
Relax, they send out decisions “by mid April” so there’s plenty of time for them to process your app.</p>
<p>Maybe your supplement got lost in the mail or in the mail processing room or something. It does happen, and, as plumdum pointed out, they probably wouldn’t send you a confirmation e-mail if part of your app was missing. The whole point of confirmation e-mails is to confirm that they have everything. </p>
<p>I wouldn’t freak out yet, but I would definitely get this taken care of ASAP. The letter decisions may come out “by mid April” at the latest, but I actually got mine late March last year, and of course, the actual decisions are made before we get the letters, so when you take that into account, you don’t have a ton of time left. Like I said, don’t panic yet, but definitely take care of it as fast as you can.</p>
