<p>But remember applying for FA does not mean that you are poor, me and my famiily are applying for FA only because thaf if we lived in a cheaper area like Kansas then we could attend but my parents pay about $8000 dollars a month for rent on a 5 bedroom house. I am I poor ? No but the cost of living is expensive in some areas and cheap at others… So it depends really .</p>
