I applied to 11 schools. On my FAFSA, I included UC Berkeley on my first report, but I took it out on my second so I could send my FAFSA to my 11th school as well. FAFSA said that this was the way to send the FAFSA to more than 10 schools. However, UC Berkeley claims that they never received my FAFSA. What should I do? I e-mailed their financial aid office about this problem. Will I obtain less financial aid now? I sent the FAFSA report that included UC Berkeley on January 10th, which is much earlier than their March deadline. I have proof of the transaction.

Can you resubmit it?

Yeah, apparently there’s no penalty.

I resubmitted the FAFSA just in case, but it seems that Cal hasn’t finished everyone’s financial aid yet. I know a couple friends who have the same problem as well as a couple others on this forum.

lol, same here, I applied to 22 schools. I just checked and sure enough UC Berkeley was on the transaction. I guess we have to wait and see. I just emailed UCB and I am going to call them tomorrow too. I hope it works well in the end. I mean it would be sad to get accepted to Berkeley and not being able to afford it. I am in the same situation.

Same problem here. It says I haven’t submitted my FAFSA yet.
