no fall term grades

So our school system is, compared to the American system, significantly different; one of the differences is the fact that I literally have received grades for 3/11 subjects so far. We typically get one grade per term, or even per few months, and we haven’t even been assessed for the majority of the subjects.

As a matter of fact, we don’t even have an official transcript, and our grading system varies year by year, meaning if you look at the grades I have, I look like an ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE student. It’s really weird, I don’t know how I’ll be able to explain it (plus it was a new system when we started, and even the teachers had no idea how to grade us, so there’s a huge difference between grades through subjects).

As for my question, what do I do now

you will have your school supply your transcripts to the schools. thats it. many students come from schools with varying processes. the schools you apply to have seen it all before.

Even in the US, the semester doesn’t end until sometime in January for most schools. In addition to whatever transcripts you/your school submits now, you will be required to submit another transcript in January or February that has final semester/term grades. No matter what your school’s grading process is, it’s hard to imagine you won’t be graded in all subjects by mid-year. It’s been a while and I don’t remember all forms in detail, but there was also a form on which the school principal/counselor had to answer questions about the school, including grading policy (e.g., what constitutes an A). AOs are skilled at putting together a picture of the school environment from these pieces of information.
