<p>No. The UCs are need-blind in admission, so it will not improve your chances of admission.</p>
<p>It will, however, improve your chances of attending if you can do so without financial aid as the UCs will typically NOT meet need for out of state students. OOS cost of attendance at the UCs is approximately $45,000 to $50,000.</p>
