Same here. I’d wait a bit, and if nothing comes by the end of this week, give them a call.

Ahhhh why would they do that that’s crazyyyy

yeah same thing happened to me too.
like really NYU, why would you send us the whole packet and not the financial aid info?
i’m like freakingg out, it’s like a make or break situation here, and after seeing everyone else’s packages, i’m really nervous =/

Have there been any precedents like this in previous years? I’m super paranoid that their system just messed up and thought that we didn’t apply for FA…

I mean I submitted the FAFSA, which is all that was required. Let’s not panic.

I wouldn’t worry too much, guys. The same thing happened during the ED round. If I remember correctly, their financial aid awards came seperatly a few days later. I think it just had something to do with NYU wanting to get admissions out and financial aid not being finalized yet. Just call the financial aid office tomorrow.

hey. don’t worry, guys. i called them today about it and they said they’re in the process of sending the financial aid info out separately.

yeah I freaked out cause I thought something went wrong w/ the FAFSA, but I called the financial aid office today, he looked me up in the system and said things were set, and that it’ll be leaving their office tomorrow or something

I’m in exactly the same situation, and I still haven’t gotten the award yet.
It’s April 18th already!

I’ve already emailed them last week, and called too, but the line was busy.
What do I do??

I emailed financial.aid@nyu.edu from my NYU email address and included my university N number. They told me that my financial aid letter was printed and I should receive it soon. I received it today in the mail.

Maybe you could try an email.
