Does it make difference if u don't apply for FA?
I'm an international student ~

Yes.

many colleges are not need blind so your ability to pay will be a factor in the admissions process. Not needing FA is a tip in your favor. OTOH, as an international student, at many schools, if you do not apply for FA aid as a freshmen, you will be unable to get FA in subsequent years. Unless you have 4 years worth of tuition stockpiled, if you need aid, apply for FA.

It depends on the school. Some top schools are need-blind, meaning they'll admit anyone regardless of their financial need. Most are need-aware, meaning that they may favor students who don't apply for FA (they don't want to admit people that they know will have to go deep into debt to attend). Because most schools don't have a lot of aid available for international students, you'd have an advantage at need-aware schools.

I got it. Thanks~

Thank u~~~~~~~
