I am an international student taking the 'A' levels. My counselor has never helped anyone apply overseas before, nor used the commonapp at all. I just found out that she also forgot the class rank and left it blank. My grades aren't that pretty on paper, but I compare well with my peers. (I'm ranked 4th in class). SATs and ECs aren't that great and I'm applying for ED to Wellesley College. How screwed am I?

You're not screwed. A lot of high schools don't even rank their students, and they get into fine places like Wellesley.

I hope not.. I go to a school in Italy and we don't have GPAs/class ranks. :/

Not screwed. I go to a regular old US public school and we don't have rankings, so you're fine there. And as far as GPA goes, they will see your actual grades, so that's fine too. Don't worry too much about it.

Wellesley has seen many, many international applications over the years. The admissions officers there will know how to interpret your file. They do not expect your application to look like one from a student in the US.

Wishing you much luck!
