<p>Did you sign the application? Did you get a confirmation e-mail from CommonApp? You should submit a ticket at the help center.</p>

After submission, check the pdf again. I have one case that everything seems file but the supplement pdf is corrupted and the school did not receive it.</p>
<p>Yup, just submitted the supplement. Both pdfs are fine after viewing them. </p>
<p>The Common App definitely has a bunch of issues this year…</p>
