No green check mark after two days?

<p>I submitted my app and paid for it two days ago... There's no green check mark and now I can't submit my writing supplement.</p>

<p>Did you sign the application? Did you get a confirmation e-mail from CommonApp? You should submit a ticket at the help center.</p>

<p>Yes, I got a confirmation number and an email. Am I supposed to do anything with that?</p>

<p>I got it to work after consulting with a common app rep. Idk how, but there is a green check mark now.</p>

<p>Great. So you can submit the supplement now? The Green Check Mark issue has been on their to trouble list for many days.
After submission, check the pdf again. I have one case that everything seems file but the supplement pdf is corrupted and the school did not receive it.</p>

<p>Yup, just submitted the supplement. Both pdfs are fine after viewing them. </p>

<p>The Common App definitely has a bunch of issues this year…</p>
