No homework help?

What does the No Homework Help Allowed on CC apply to?
So if I have a question from a AP test prep book that I don't understand, I can't post it on here and have someone help me explain it?

If you read that post, you would know that the point of no homework help is to discourage you from cheating. Now, I don't necessarily agree with that--I think that giving help isn't necessarily cheating, but everyone's going to start posting homework problems and it's going to get really annoying. If you have some question that your AP teacher doesn't get or something, that's fine. Just don't post something like, "Could someone tell me what the integral of ___ is?" That's not what this AP forum is really for.

I was going to post some MC questions in which I have the answer to, but I don't know how they arrived at it. is that okay?

I haven't been here long. But personally I would like to have some intelligent sparkle here, rather than being anxious about the test without doing anything practical.
