No injuries as nuke sub, Japanese ship collide

<p>I don't know if this was the same incident, but I recall recent discussion about a collision with the same scenario. Something along the lines of the convergence of the two vessels with the displacement of the huge tanker as it passed the submerged sub pulling it into contact...</p>
