I haven't been able to contact my interviewer yet.. do u know when the reports are due?.. gosh!.. I really wanted an interview..

by the way.. I'm international so I have to contact the interviewer!!

Your best bet is to call Harvard and tell them your situation and ask if there is even an alumni interviewer in your area since you are outside of the U.S.

You might not be able to have one.

:(... ohh I really want an interview.. anyone knows the last day I can have an interview??!.. I am desesperate! ..

??????????

So no one answers the phone? You must tell Harvard. I don't remember the email address you must contact in this case; it's in the list of interviewers.

I have already sent my interviewer an e-mail and I also called to his house one week ago....
there are 2 interviewers in my area so I might contact the other one..

no interview yet.

if u don't get an interview, does that mean u are rejected or that no one is available in ur area

yeah I know but I thought it'd very nice to have one..

I've been asking that same question......does it mean they automatically rejected you if they haven't contacted you.

I called the admissions office yesterday and they gave me the name of the coordinator in our city and said I should call him and tell him I need to be interviewed. I have no problems calling him but it still makes you wonder if they really want me to interview since I had to call them and get the number of someone.

Does anyone know if that means anything in regards to acceptance or rejection??????????????

I had a great interview EA but deferred . I dont think it means anything but Good luck

finally!.. phone interview date = Thursday March 1st, 1pm EST

i got my interview on Feb. 20. it was good.

my phone interview was kind of crappy.. I guess it was because the guy was really busy and he continued saying, ok ok ok..and he started asking my SAT score, grade average, and that stuff...
At the end, he just told to call him back to tell him about my app. and decision, that he was gonna be happy for me if I was chosen.
anyways... the worst interview I have had so far.. :(!

interviewers aren't supposed to ask about gpa or sat scores, no numbers. that's not the purpose of a college interview. they're supposed to ask you other dimensions of yourself - it's to put a face to your application, and some personality preferrably.

yeah I know!.. but it was a phone interview so I couldn't say "u know, u aren't supposed to ask that

uhh..no. interviewers can ask anything they want. My harvard interviewer was a former admission officer AT HARVARD....and also an alumni. He asked me everything about gpa, sat scores, EC's...everything.

Yeah, Harvard interviewers are supposed to ask about the numbers, actually..

ohh well...
