No interview?

It’s the 21st and I haven’t been interviewed yet. I live in PA and there are alumni in my area.

Is that fact that I haven’t been called a bad sign? Is there a chance I will get an interview, considering the thanksgiving holiday’s approach, etc?

I did not get called for an interview either. I am from Texas.

I have not recieved a call either, and i live in NYC...

my interviewer called me on the 19th, and he said that they were trying to get a lot of the interviews in last minute before thanksgiving (which is why i had mine today). i think that if they haven't called by now, they might not. if you live in PA i would definitely call THEM because there is no reason why you should not have received a interview given that there are so many capable ppl in your area.

I live in NY and I didnt get a call...

I'll give them a call tomorrow and see what I can do, I suppose.

I'd really like an interview, especially living in PA, where I am surrounded by alumni committees.

for all those NYC metro people, i got an interview. they called me a couple of days ago, so there still is a chance that you'll have one too i guess.

I got a department interview but not an alum. KC area

Yeah I had to call them for an interview too.. but don't worry if you end up not getting one because there are sooo many people applying to Penn from PA (esp Philly) that it's almost impossible. A lot of my friends from Philly didn't get an interview and they still got in. Don't worry too much ;)

okay...yeah I know a lot of people that are applying...thanks for info, venus.
