No leadership positions?

I notice that a lot of people on the Chance Me section are President or VP or Captain of around a million things. I think that that's mindboggling. I myself have no leadership experience.... I'm a girl and I'm not extremely confident like a lot of girls are. I have good grades and still participate in EC's. My question is, is this going to negatively impact my chances at a good college?

Here are my stats:

Freshman:
European History: A+
English Honors : A+
Geometry Honors: A
Algebra II Honors: A+
Physics Honors: A-
French II: A
Band: A+

Sophomore:
French III: A+
French IV: A
English Honors: A+
World History Honors: A+
Chemistry Honors: A
Biology Honors: A+
Pre-Calculus Honors: A+
Statistics Honors: A

I'm currently a junior and I have high A's in all of my classes, which are:
AP calculus BC
AP chemistry
AP psychology
AP comparative government
US History honors
English honors

I took SAT II Math Level 1 in October and got a 780. I received my PSAT score yesterday and got a 216. I've never taken any prep classes because my family is poor so I bet I would've done better on both tests if I had taken a prep class. I haven't taken the SAT yet, but I'm hoping for a score that's between 2100-2250.

I'm editor of my school newspaper, but I hardly consider it a leadership position because I just talk to students who want to write once a month. The editor-in-chief doesn't like to delegate tasks so all of the editors don't need to do much work. I'm also in these clubs:

Yearbook (grade 11, general member)
Baking for the Homeless (grades 10, 11, general member)
Ping Pong Club (grade 11, general member)
Math League (Grade 11, general member)
FBLA (grade 11, general member)

I'm not planning on applying to any ivy leagues because I'm simply not bright or confident enough to be admitted. I want to apply to colleges that are a little less prestigious than ivy leagues such as NYU, Boston College, Boston U, Johns Hopkins, Tufts, Vanderbilt, Duke, etc. Do you think I'll be able to get into any of them even though I don't have any impressive leadership positions? I want to major in computer science, computer programming, and/or finance.
