How bad is this, I plan on applying to public universities that don’t even want them like UW and OSU. Please help me 
These institutions are going to admit or reject you almost entirely on your numbers. That is why they can’t be bothered with LORs.
How bad is what? You don’t have an LOR, according to your other post – that’s normal as MOST schools don’t require them
