<p>there is an outside chance if you want to take a gamble - take a math II SAT II test now, and if you are one of the very few who receive a request for supplemental information early next year, you will be able to provide the grade in the responses you enter online (and it will be sent to Cal by the code you enter when taking the test. </p>
<p>The odds are huge that it won’t matter, but if you are on the borderline and receive the supplemental request, having a good SAT II score might help tip your case over to the acceptance bucket. Depends on how much this worries you and how much you want to attend Cal.</p>
