So, Cornell CAS doesn't have a minor in Econ. I would love to major in Govt with a minor in IR and Econ (double minor) but since they don't have it...could I do a 'concentration' in Econ instead? Also, the website states that 15% of Econ majors complete a second major and that the most common ones are Econ/Govt or Econ/Math. It says it's not that hard to do a double major in Econ because there's not that many courses required for the major...does anyone here study Govt/Econ and can maybe tell me about it? I'm worried I can't handle an Econ major because I'm not good with calculus, although I also read on the site that the major doesn't require a lot of math, but a good understanding of differential calculus is essential...I did poorly in precalc/calc in HS. Maybe I should just consider Govt with an IR minor instead? Does what you minor in even make a huge difference? I'm planning on a Master's in Public Policy Administration anyway...maybe.

whatever, cornell cas hovers around a 10% acceptance rate so I have a 90% chance of being rejected anyway...then I won't have to worry about this! On my app I'm definitely putting a Govt major.
