Haven’t heard that anywhere else. I do know that Merced is growing quickly and there probably aren’t enough seats to go around. It would surprise me if they didn’t phase that in over several years.
You’re probably better off going to a community college for two years and then transferring than going to UCM to be honest.
I didn’t hear of that. In fact I just got notification that I was in ELC a couple of months ago so that would be news to me.
