no need to take maths level1?

I am going to take SAT subject this Nov.,if only take Maths2 and physics,is that enough?I have heard someone said that the university doesn't like maths1 ,because it's similar to SAT1 math,is it ture?

it doesnt matter, i got in with math1

you need 3 tests tho: math, science, and something else (could do 2 sciences if you wanted)

It always bugs me when people use the word "maths". It's mathematics, or math. Freakin speak american english if you're coming to an american university.

rant over.

I thought Columbia required only 2 Subject Tests...

you only need two tests, not three

I took 4 (I was applying to a school which needed 3, so I figured I'd take 4 in case I bombed one), and one of them was math 1 (which was higher htan chem and lit, so I assume they looked at that one and math 2)

If you're applying to SEAS, I think you need math, science, and maybe something else, but if you're just applying to Columbia College all you need is two tests in any subject.

You still might want to take more than two in case one of your scores isn't as high as you hoped.
