<p>Mine was sent on the 28th of March also and I live 45 mins from Pittsburgh, and still haven't got anything yet.</p>
<p>sent on 28th could mean that the decision letter was written/printed on the 28th. So, it could still be sitting in the admissions office.

<p>Well I called the office Wednesday and they said it was sent out that day so who knows, but my where am i page just showed this under sent today:
