<p>I'm really surprised that there have been no posts this year about EA I, considering that the filing deadline was a few weeks ago and results should be out in a few weeks.</p>
<p>Well, in 2010 there were 3158 Early action applicants, so I wouldn’t expect there to be any less this year! </p>
<p>This is just a really quiet forum, probably because the school is fairly small…</p>
<p>Son applied EA. Did get notice application was being reviewed - hasn’t heard anything yet on decision.</p>

<p>It certainly helps reduce the stress once your kid has an early acceptance or two in hand! I’m glad WPI has non-binding EA, it is a great help to the students. My son got early action acceptances from WPI, UMass Amherst, and Case Western Reserve - so he knew he had 3 good choices even as he worked to complete the rest of his applications. </p>
