@trumpetgrl: Well I hope that both of us get out of school tomorrow :)

i’m so bored. gahh. i want snow! but that won’t make a difference either way since NYC schools fail at snow day closings. it feels so depressing today…

Yeah, hopefully. Snow tonight is 80% possible now :)

I shouldn’t have eaten pb&j.

^Awesome! I haven’t seen the weather reports, but my brother’s school just closed for tomorrow! Hopefully my school calls soon :)

I hope all three of us are out tomorrow. =o

^I agree Splonk! Good luck getting out :)

That’d be awesome! If it snows tonight, I doubt we’re goin’ tomorrow. Go to weather.com and type in your area code.

LOL there is a 100% chance of sleet overnight. Yep, if that happens, I get at least a delay.

lol for sleet?

tomorrow we get our math team tee shirts, so I hope we have school!

Maple, you are such a nerd.

I’m sure that’s the first time you’ve heard it. ; )

Well, we are also expecting a minimum of 3" of solid ice to form by tomorrow morning, so our school would not want teen drivers having to plow through such horrible road conditions.

o.O! Where are you?

I’m a little south of where you are,Splonk. Ok I exaggerated a bit haha, a slushy 3" mixture that would potentially freeze, making an icy mixture on the roads. Still dangerous. We have lots of black ice still on the roads, so it is not easy travelling still.

Most colorful version. I imagine John C. Calhoun saying that :b

aww, Maple don’t worry about it!! I can see how math team t-shirts would excite you! We get our math team tees next week!!! If we’re in school, lol. I hope they’re pretty, lol but they’re supposed to be a surprise so noone knows what they’ll look like except ‘Mr.Shropsher’ and ‘Mrs.Ison’.

“AREN’T YOU SUPPOSED TO BE IN SCHOOL???”

Haha we’re all in different time zones for all those who asked ;)

Splonk, do you knw if you have school or not? I have no idea still…I think I do There goes my snow week

Yep, I have school =P

I mean not even a two hour delay? Assuming there is no snow by that time, it’s going to be the exact same outside tomorrow (ice on the roads etc) as it was this morning. That makes no sense. As I’ve said, the two hour delay was unnecessary this morning. Now if we put the snow storm in the picture… ??? My school board makes no sense.

So…you’re hoping for a blizzard?
It’s raining again out here.

It’s raining here too:)
