My DD wants to be a Business Major, has had 3 years of Honors/AP Science, all A's...
does she have to take Physics her Senior Yr? She would much rather take Business Law or
Debate.. more applicable to her. She will be giving up an Honors credit but would still be worth it... What do you think? No Science Senior Yr... does it look bad?!

No, she doesn’t need physics if she wishes to pursue business. Have her take classes more applicable to her major.

I an undecided major right now but I had the same question a few weeks back (when class selection was being made). I decided to take honors physics but every situation is different. I did take business law this year and hated it (just to give you something else to think about)

I wouldn’t think she’d need to, but I would take a peek at the requirements of any schools that’s she’s really pining for. I think a good number of selective schools really like to see 4 years math, 4 years science, 4 years foreign language. I don’t think it’s ever really a deal breaker…especially if the planned major is totally unrelated, but I would just check to make sure.
