<p>I applied to Columbia in late Dec but i still didn't get mail or email with PIN or whatever. All I have received was the automatic email they send rite after the online application. Otherwise, I haven't heard from them...should i send an email or make a phone call? thx guyz!</p>

<p>call the admissions office, if they have your application they can give you an ID number over the phone and you will have what you need to check the status of your application</p>

<p>Finally, got email from Columbia thanking me for my app on, Feb 3. However, when i checked my application status, it says application received Jan 4. So 1st question is: I submitted it on Dec 27ish but it says received two days after deadline. Will Columbia care?</p>
<p>I saw the list of documents but only teacher rec B and app fee was "received". Everything else, not processed. Btw, both my teachers used the rec B forms so i hope Columbia doesn't throw away the 2nd "B" form. Should i just wait or call them about this: B form number 2 is actually form A?</p>
<p>...and Brown lost my 1A so i am paranoid now about Columbia losing stuff...esp the 2nd rec B form ><</p>

<p>Don't worry about the Jan 4 date. same thing happaned to my son and because he's gone all day i called and asked. that's the date they began processing it, but the computer tells them it arrived by the deadline and that there wasn't a proble. same with recs not processed. doesn't mean they aren't there. check again in a week or so. or call if you can</p>
