<p>some people mentioned they got a letter via snailmail just saying that Penn state received their application or w/e and they are being considered for the program. I'm just wondering that if I submitted all my stuff on time, and I called and checked that everything (transcript, SAT scores, etc.) is in their office, is it a cause for concern that I have not received this letter?</p>

<p>I suspect that if you did not get an email with an interview invitation by now, it most likely means that you are not getting an interview. It appears that there is only one interview date ,Feb 8, for the combined program.</p>
<p>Don’t fret yet. In the past they’ve sent interviews out through the end of January. If your Penn State account doesn’t say that you’ve been accepted, then there’s still hope. And before you receive an interview e-mail there should be a letter sent saying that Penn State forwarded your stuff. Just keep looking out for it. Good luck!</p>

<p>I think in previous years, people were still getting interview notifications in Jan so don’t loose hope yet. Interview date this year is Feb. 8th btw.</p>

<p>Yes. My account says that and I got a rejection letter in the mail a couple days ago. However, my friend’s account also says that and she got the interview notification that everyone else received.</p>

<p>Yup. I think she got them the same time as everyone else. Which means that Penn State has only notified one ‘round’ of interviewees. </p>
<p>If you haven’t yet received a rejection letter, perhaps you are waitlisted for an interview? Idk, just a possibility. Good luck!</p>
