will only includin ur best ec’s in the app and sending no supplemental resume give me a disadvantage? does it matter?

no, it does not give a disadvantage

Does Penn accept a supplemental resume? Didn't notice it on the app before...

I'm not using a resume. It just isn't beneficial in my case. :D

It shows what activities are most important to you. Writing your top 8 or so ECs tells colleges what you most valued. If they wanted every little thing you did since 9th grade, they would've given you a full length piece of paper to fill out. I would say, only attach a resume if you think something is REALLY, REALLY important and has been left out. Otherwise, don't make the admissions people mad with extra papers to read.

Why would you need a resume in the first place. You wouldn't want to readers who have read thousands of app's just to skim over everything. You'd want them to take note of your uniqueness- unless your "uniqueness" also happened to be a laundy of ec's.
