Does NYU not require SAT 2s?

What if I already sent them my scores, and they are not so good....
Then should I send them my Jan scores later ?

Oh and how long are the supplementary short essays meant to be?

Can it be attached?.. I don't think I can fit my answers in the space provided...

How long were your essays?

Hey silver, I got in ED to the GSP program (orignially applied to CAS). I attached all my essays and they vaired in size between 162 words and 198.

Ok, thanks settleboy!
And congrats!!!

NYU does not require SATII's. I took them in May and sent them to NYU, but the scores turned out to be average, except for writing which was very bad. On my application, I did not report the scores so I am assuming they lost the scores or do not really look at them because I managed to get in ED. As for the short essays, I think they are limited to 150 words, but that is really more of a guideline, unless you submit online.

I didnt send in any SAT 2 scores simply because they were awful and I was still accepted, so if I were you I wouldnt worry about it. I was freaked out about it too and my councelor called NYU for me. He talked to an admissions lady who told him that SAT 2 scores were not very important at all and that they only really look at them for class placement after you are accepted...hope this helps
