Some 4 year schools such as SUNY Binghamton, UW Milwaukee, UW Green Bay, Cal State Long Beach, Penn State University, etc, do not require SAT for admissions for international students. Can you really get accepted by simply taking the TOEFL?

I would like to add to this one. If u do not have good SATs and if your other academic records(transcripts, schol reports) suggest that u are a 2200+ student( which u are not) then is it wise to not send the SAT scores to such schools? or we may send it anyway?

In fact, there are many colleges that don't require the SAT or ACT scores,
and MIT is one of them.

ye, but it's strongly recommended to take the SAT if possible!

But e.g. in PRC they can't take the SAT and that's why it's sometimes waived for foreign applicants.
