Hi, so I took the ACT, composite score of 31, and really want to apply to Georgetown. If I apply EA, is there any chance of me getting in? Do they REQUIRE 3 subject tests? Also, is one letter of rec acceptable for EA? I only have one at the moment, my second will be done Dec. 1

There’s always a chance, depending on a variety of other factors such as GPA, extracurriculars, awards, course difficulty, etc. From the GT website:
“It is strongly recommended that all candidates, whether they have taken the SAT Reasoning Test or the ACT, submit three SAT Subject Tests scores.”

It says strongly recommended, not required. I’d still suggest taking some in December if you haven’t (and if you would be capable of scoring decently on them), so that you can send them in if you get deferred EA. I’d also say that they only require one letter of recommendation. You can still send in your second letter of recommendation, and it’ll be considered if you get deferred.
