<p>how many of you guys have been in a wildfire situation?</p>
<p>When I was 8, my grandparents lived out in the middle of no where in Alaska. We would already get a lot of fires, but a clumsy fourth of July celebrator didn’t watch what he was doing setting a fair amount of the forest back that way on fire. It was so near my gradparents we almost had evacuate. It was slightly frightening for an eight year old.</p>
<p>This year there were fires on the outskirts of town. A few houses burnt down. I was driving back into town after a trip and we drove right past flames. I heard the same thing occurred across the state.</p>
<p>One time (about 5 years ago when there were a whole bunch of fires in SoCal) the sky looked like something out of Star Wars.</p>
