Maybe I'm just missing something, but I noticed this while looking at multiple practice tests, real tests, etc.; the SAT skips the fourth section and goes straight from part three to part five.

Well no, I was looking at my SAT score report from my first SAT and there was no section four there either, so I don’t think it’s just practice tests.

Yeah, I doubt they would give you a report on your performance on the experimental section, since that’s solely for the Collegeboard’s use/information.

In the Blue Book, the number of the missing/experimental section varies. I opened it up just now and saw a Section 4.

The missing sections are the equating/experimental sections. These appear at random in the administered test: sections 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7 seem to be pretty commonly used for the experimental.
